I've been doing body meditation on my own for years, and was interested at the possibility of learning new techniques from Brandy. I learned some new techniques that I've been using a few times a week since sessions, and also got amazing guidance around how to use the skills I was already using daily. I came through the other side of her sessions finding support from aspects of myself that I thought I needed to get rid of. I feel like the most unified person I've ever been, and really love my whole self. I've been able to work through traumatic emotions that were causing issues at work and with my partner, life is noticeably more stable than it was before.
